At Body Benevolence, the work begins with a return — to your body, your truth, and your wholeness.
This is a space to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with yourself — beyond performance, perfectionism, or pressure.
Hi, I’m Mitch (she/her) and I offer somatic care, intuitive movement, and energy healing to support your emotional and energetic well-being. Each session is an invitation to listen inward, follow what feels true, and gently explore what your body might be holding or needing.
Whether we’re working through grounding practices, releasing tension, or simply making space to feel — the intention is the same: to help you build a more compassionate and connected relationship with yourself.
This work is not about “fixing” you — because you are not broken.
It’s about supporting you in feeling more like yourself, fully and freely.

Embodiment – I believe the body carries wisdom, memory, and insight. We work gently with the nervous system and all parts of our body to create space for curiosity, safety, and connection.
Inclusivity – All bodies, identities, and emotional experiences are welcome here. This is a space of respect, openness, and care.
Compassion – We move at your pace. You are the expert of your own experience. I'm here to support and witness, not to direct or diagnose.
Presence & Intuition – Every session is shaped by what arises. I bring grounded presence and intuitive guidance, while honoring the uniqueness of each moment. Scope of Practice
While this work often supports emotional release or insight, it is not mental health treatment. I am not a licensed clinician, and these sessions are not a substitute for therapy or medical care. I hold space as a trained somatic and energetic practitioner and will always refer out when additional support is needed.

Why This Work Is Personal to Me
I’m a queer, fat woman living with chronic pain, and I carry all of those experiences into this work. Navigating a world that often asks us to override or shrink ourselves has shown me how powerful it is to come home to our bodies with radical acceptance. I’m not here to heal you — I’m here to walk alongside you, to listen deeply, and to support you in returning to yourself with gentleness and honesty.
